How to Order

How to order?

1. Register to be a vikibridal member or login in vikibridal.com.

2. Once you find an item that you would like to purchase, make out the color and the size,then click the “Buy” button, so the dress has been bought. If you want to buy other thing, you could click “continue”. Otherwise, you could click “next”;

3. (1) Fill your full address, full name, E-mail, phone number, postcode.

(2) Choose shipping method: free EMS shipping or UPS (it's very safety and fast,you need pay US$30). You can click here to check our shipping policy.

(3) Choose payment method: Paypal, Credit Card,Western Union or Transfer. All payment must be made in 10 days after your checkout. You can click here to check our payment information.

4. Click “submit”,place your order.

5. Last step is click “pay online”. Our business paypal email is jorlain@gmail.com.

When you have finished your payment, then, our customer service will send your size form and confirm your dress color.

Check the status of your order, Change your password and member information:

You can check the status of your order at any time. Click “Member” on any web page of vikibridal.com, then click “My Orders”, you can check the status of your order and view your previous orders. and you can change your member information and password on the page.

Important:

Purchase the wedding dress at least 45 days prior to the wedding date to make sure the dress arrives in time.

Please do it by these steps as follows:

1,place an order, Sent Email to us vikibridal@gmail.com

2, we will contact you to confirm your order, such as measurements, color and payment.

3,If you really want to buy, please tell me tracing information after you sent out the money, and send your confirmed measurements, name, shipping address, Phone number to us ASAP.

4, We will make your dress for you after we received your payment and your exact personal information.

5, Normally, it will takes about 15-25 days to make your dress after we got your payment. So, you can get your dress in 45 days. For urgent orders, please contact Customer Services, we will tell you pay more $30 for our dressmakers who make you dress overtime. After finish your dress, We will ship it by EMS or UPS (it's very safety and fast). and give you the tracking number after we sent out your dress.
