What does the price include?

The price includes the custom made dress as well as the postage by express (EMS) Delivery. Shawl, veil or glove is not included. You need pay extra US$10, if your size exceeds U.S.20 standard sizes.

All order free shipping?

Free EMS Shipping is to USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, U.K., France and so on......
Other country, Such as Brazil, Turkey and other South Africa Country, Mid Asia Country need be charged extra $30 shipping fee.

How can I work out how much the dress will cost in my own currency?

All prices are quoted in US dollar. To find out how much a dress will cost in your own currency, please click here.

Can I make the dress from my own pattern?

If you have the pattern of a particular dress that you would like to have made, please contact us (msn or email, skype), again, you will need to supply us with your exact measurements and specify the color that you would like the dress to be made in. We will request that you send the pattern to us in the post and after assessing the amount of work involved and the material that is required, we would then be able to give you a quote.

How to order?

1. Register to be a vikibridal member or login in vikibridal.com.

2. Once you find an item that you would like to purchase, make out the color and the size,then click the “Buy” button, so the dress has been bought. If you want to buy other thing, you could click “continue”, Otherwise, you could click “Next“;

3. (1) Fill your full address, full name, E-mail, phone number, postcode.

(2) Choose shipping method:free EMS shipping or UPS (it's very safety and fast,you need pay US$30)

(3) Choose payment method: Paypal, Credit Card,Western Union or Transfer. All payment must be made in 10 days after your checkout.

4. Click “Submit“,place your order.

5. Last step is click “Pay online”. Our business paypal email is "jorlain@gmail.com".

When you have finished your payment, then, our customer service will send your size form and confirm your dress color.

As your dress will be made-to-measure, you will need to provide your measurements when placing your order. It's easy-simply ask the person who will be taking your measurements to follow the instructions on our Measuring Assistant. We have a team of professional dressmakers who will create the dress you have selected in the exact size and color specified. We suggest you inquire the professional dressmaker, so your wedding dress will be fit for you.

How are your prices so low?

This is very easy to answer. Our goal is to make your wedding experience.
The best possible experience it can be. As a manufacturer, we don't incur the costs of a supplier which means Wow's Bridal Co. Ltd sold at wholesale prices. We are not looking to pressure our customers into buying a gown that is not right for them. We want to create a personal environment that enables our brides to trust that their own unique dream gown will be materialized.

When should I order?

Please place your order at least 2 months prior to the wedding date. By doing so, you will allow ample time for production and shipping. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary.
Normally, it will take 20-25days to make your dress after we got your payment. So, you can get your dress in 40 days.

What is a rush order?

Pay extra US$30 for a rush order. You can get your dress in 20 days.

Will I be charged for Tax?

We do not impose ANY tax on our customers. As this is a random procedure depending on the country of destination most of the time the customs tax and duties may not be charged as residential. You should announce it's your personal package without commercial intention to debate the tax charges when it happens. If unfortunately you are faced with any import charges or customs tax you will be responsible for paying any tax or duties that occurs.

How do I pay?

vikibridal accept PayPal payments. Our PayPal email is jorlain@gmail.com
vikibridal also accept payment by Wire Transfer and Western Union.

Is there a charge for sales tax?

There is no charge for sales tax on all orders.

How do I measure?

For the dress fits you very much, we offer a measure method. All dress will be custom-made to the exact measurements.

Can I order fabric?

We accept fabric order in addition to a dress order. To place a fabric order, please send email to vikibridal@gmail.com for pricing and order instruction.
Please be aware that fabric orders are not cut at the same time as the dress order and may be cut from a different bolt of material, which can result in dye lot variation.

How to track my order?

Once we ship the items to you, we will send an email to tell you about this. You will get shipping date, item No. and tracking No. in the email. Please keep it carefully. Later, You can go to www.ems.com to check the status of the order with the tracking No. If you choose shipping by EMS/DHL, we will email you tracking No. two days after we shipping the items.

What if my payment is declined?

Orders are not processed if the payment is declined. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us if their payment is declined. We will then verify the payment status and instruct our customer to resubmit the order.

How can I check the status of my order? How can I change my password?

You can check the status of your order at any time. Click “Member” on any web page of vikibridal.com, then click “My Orders”, you can check the status of your order and view your previous orders. and you can change your member information and password on the page.

In addition,We notify our customers by email at various points of the ordering process. We suggest referring to these emails first regarding your order status. If you need additional information, we welcome you send email to vikibridal@gmail.com.

How long is shipping from your location to me?

Orders shipping from our location normally take 7 - 10 business days for delivery. This may vary according to the Express Mail's schedule. Note delivery may run faster than these time frames and the customer will be notified by the email shipping confirmation.

Are these used dresses?

All gowns and products we offer are new. We do not accept or offer resale items.

Which payment methods do you accept ?

Paypal is the fast, reliable and free way to pay. You can send funds directly to jorlain@gmail.com from a verified bank account or by using a credit card.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Discover through our PayPal online payment processing gateway. Credit card holder without paypal account can also pay through paypal on our website by just entering a credit card number. You don't even need a PayPal account. Each transaction takes place in a secure environment (SSL), and we are not disclosed any of the card details. We are only informed of the confirmation that your transaction has been approved. Paypal are highly secure has a permanent fraud and protection team.

(3) Western Union money transfer

Please visit your nearest Western Union office and simply fill out the Western Union money transfer form made it payable to the address(please contact our customer service to get the detailed address).

Notice: All payment must be made in 10 days after your purchase.

Items order from Vikibridal are available guarantee only you complete checkout. Because most of our items are handmade with very limited quantities except for custom made items. Only after you complete ckeckout we can keep the items for you. All orders will be fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. So checkout ASAP after you put your items in your shopping cart and also make sure that you don't wait more than a few days to send us your payment if you are not choicing online payment to complete your checkout.
